Eagle is one of the UKRD stations that does really well even though there's plenty of competition (from the London stations), especially in Guildford. For localness Heart Surrey isn't as good as Eagle. Even Heart shifted to very modern music in recent years.I wonder how many listens they will loose. I have met many of the presenters over the years and they are always enthusiastic and take the time to talk to you. Hopefully for the sake of localness in Surrey, the pockets of Susy Radio management will relax their anti-DAB views and apply for an SSDAB licence at some point.
