We should all be so lucky to have Van Dyke's attitude about aging and life in general, not to mention his good health and longevity! from dancing everywhere, including going up on the stage to steal/ share his wife's spotlight at her dance performance. The audio book is read by the man himself and I'm so glad it was! He is exactly the same age as my Dad and is so very different, which brings us to the advice issues.

Ostensibly a how-to guide for the nonagenarian, I thought it would secretly be a blend of philosophy and memoir. An Awesome Read! Keep Moving is compatibel met Strava, Garmin, Runkeeper, Start2Run, Fitbit en Pacer. I highly recommend it for anyone who thinks they are old or feeling old. It's all good though!

4 out of 5. Now, I know that there are plenty in that crowd, but I don’t think they’re the ones drawn to this title. keep moving is such an important book for everyone to read. Its like a mini memoir/advice book. Just a moment while we sign you in to your Goodreads account. He was 89 when he wrote this (and he's 92 now--his birthday was just last week!) The audio book is read by the man himself and I'm so glad it was!

I felt like I was having a conversation with him. He's 90 years old, still dancing and can use Twitter. Its a pretty good and fantastic read about his life and all that has happened to him as he has gotten older. Or more to the point, how is someone my age supposed to act?

It's a mix of memoirs, anecdotes, a day in the life of Dick, interviews with other old comedian type guys, and collections of "tips and truths" about getting old. I thoroughly enjoyed this book! I also liked the insigSo I don't know if I've ever admitted this on here, but I love Dick Van Dyke. Just “Nice” with a capital ‘N’ that puts a smile on your face and reminds you like life is for the living—best to put capital ‘L’s there, too. I <3 Dick Van Dyke.

He keeps working because he loves his profession, but his family is most important in his life.
