Just checkEd my emails today, almost a month later, to find that the order has been cancelled, no real explanation, just a generic email, not personal touch. Ordered on the 17th July, one face mask, should be simple right, clearly not.

Whilst I understand the high demand, I do not understand why Vistaprint did not contact me or why they could not fulfil the order especially since the masks are showing on their website. They often have price reductions which is helpful when your on a budget.
There is no communication unless you ask for an update & if both marks were in stock why weren’t they produced & sent at the same time. Just be honest With your reasoning to why the order cannot be fulfilled, might’ve saved some less bad feedback.
